Automatic Capsule Filling

Mesin KHF-1 memulai proses pengisian capsule dari proses mengatur capsule ke dalam rak untuk menyiapkan ke proses berikutnya yaitu pengisian. Dalam proses ini orientasi capsule akan seragam, sanitasi akan selalu dijaga dan proses singkat.

Di proses selanjutnya, mesin akan membuka kapsul dengan rapih. Operator akan menuangkan isi kapsul ke atas rak memastika isi capsul terisi dengan rata. Lalu diakhiri dengan mesin menutup kembali kapsul dengan rapih dan erat.

Pada akhir proses molding akan dibuka dan menuang capsule yang telah diisi ke lubang pengumpulan. Setelah ini capsule siap untuk dimasukkan ke dalam botol atau ke kontainer yang lain.

Automatic Capsule Filling

The automatic capsule arranging machine arrange your capsule into rack for the next step which is filling. In this process it will keep it in uniform orientation, sanitary and also fast process.

In the next step the machine will open the capsule. The operator pour the content of the capsule to the rack then fill it up until it is full and packed. Its an automated process where the machine can pack the content to your adjustment without wasting any content. Then it end with the machine close the capsule neatly and tightly.

At the end the mold will open and pour the fully filled capsule into the chute ready to be packed in to your bottles or any other container.
