DZ(Q) VACUUM DOUBLE CHAMBER PACKAGING MACHINE

Mesin kemasan vakum seri DZ (Q) digunakan untuk mengemas dalam vakum mencegah oksidasi, jamur, serangga, dan kelembaban, sehingga akan memperpanjang umur simpan produk. Mesin vakum DZ tidak hanya dapat menghisap udara dari dalam packaging lalu di kemas tetap juga dapat mengisi kemasan dengan angin atau gas lainnya. Mesin ini juga sangat mudah dioperasikan, cukup letakkan bungkusan produk, tutup ruang vakum dan mesin akan menyelesaikan seluruh prosesnya.

Dengan adanya double chamber produktifitas output akan menjadi lebih tinggi, pekerja dapat mempersiapkan. Ini dapat ditambah dengan menambah jumlah sealer di dalam champer menjadi 8 sealer.

Mesin dilengkapi dengan roda sehingga mudah dipindah ke bagian produksi yang dibutuhkan.

DZ(Q) VACUUM DOUBLE CHAMBER PACKAGING MACHINE

DZ (Q) series vacuum packaging machine is used to prevent from oxidation, mildew, insects and moisture, thus will prolong the shelf life of product. DZ series not only capable to vacuum air out off the packaging then seal it, it also capable to fill it air or any other specified gas. This machine is very easy to operate, just put down the vacuum chamber lid and the machine will complete the whole progress.

With the addition of double chamber, 8 sealer also can be added to the machine to increase the productivity of the production.

The machine also equipped with wheels so its easy to relocate the machine in case it needed in the other area of production.
