Proses pengaturan sangat mudah dilakukan sehingga dapat mengurangi cost dan tenaga kerja. contoh material yang dapat diisi seperti: obat obatan jamu, perasa soup dengan berbagai macam komposisi, berbagai macam produk lainnya.

1. Packaging proses dimulai dari pembuatan kantong dari plastik yang disediakan dan mengeseal bagian bawah kantong.

2. mengisi bahan produk sesuai dengan takaran yang ditentukan.

3. mengeseal bagian atas kantong, sekaligus memotong untuk mempersiapkan kantong selanjutnya

4. menghitung jumlah kantong yang diproduksi dan sekaligus mencetak kode expired.

• panjang kantong, volume packing dan kecepatan dapat dilihat dan diakses di layar pengaturan untuk mempermudah proses.

This machine is all in one solution to your packaging process. The SJIIIKZH100 series specialized for multi material. Filling process can be easily adjusted for each material with precision. Beside it’s very easy to operate and adjust it will crank up your productivity and cut your cost of labor. Couple examples of materials can used: traditional medicine, soup seasoning that have couple ingredients, and some other products.

1. The system start from making a bag from plastic roll you provided by sealing the bottom of the bag

2. filling the material according to your adjustment

3. seal the top of the bag while cutting it, to prepare for the next bag

4. counting the bag and print the expired that, batch number , etc.

• Bag length, packing volume, and speed data adjustment can be displayed on the screen for easy access and operation.
